Make sure you fill in your eyebrows and apply eyeshadow primer/base to allow for blending.
Apply white shadow just below the brow, and a nude color just below that.

| Apply BRIGHT blue shadow to entire lid |

| Add green shadow to inner corner, and along bottom lashes underneath your eye. |

| Blend black shadow into the crease using a brush. |
 |
| Apply black eyeliner along the top edge. |
 |
| Black eyeliner along the bottom waterline. |
 |
| Add mascara and work it! |
