Kawaii Not?

I was shopping at Forever 21 a while ago when I came across a holographic skirt. Absolute must have for me. Soon after, my friend Rakesh offered to shoot with me, and I knew I wanted to wear that skirt. Kawaii was the only way to go. I already had the YRU Qosmo Hi sneakers, so it was a  perfect match.
